A Little More About Me...
My desire is to be in a position where I can collaborate with a team and use my creative talents to help stakeholders and S.M.E.'s by designing meaningful and effective learning solutions on a daily basis.
I am hard-working and motivated to make positive changes in the world. I have always been inspired to create engaging instruction and continually seek out innovative ways to design activities and learning while still achieving intended outcomes.
I love helping people reach their potential. I like the challenge that each project brings and the excitement of finding the best way to solve it using my skills and developing new ones. Learning is always evolving and I enjoy staying ahead of the curve to create intuitive designs and optimal learning experiences that are gratifying for all learners.
I thrive on using creativity to design the most effective learner solutions. My expertise lies in working collaboratively with Subject Matter Experts and Stakeholders to effectively translate instructional goals into meaningful training material. My product success is evidenced by metrics collected through course formative and summative assessments, ensured by using that data to drive iterative design.
I am a self-starter with the ability to execute project management in fast-paced capacities while adapting to overcome challenges.
Why Instructional Design?
I have always been driven to learn new technology and incorporate it into everything I do. I noticed while teaching virtually that I was inspired and highly motivated to create eLearning that was effective and engaging for my students and I realized I had found another passion! I have successfully worked collaboratively with teams of teachers for my entire career. In 2020-2021, I was able to work remotely, instruct online, and collaborate with a team and I loved it!
I enjoy figuring out challenges and solving problems together, especially when I can use technology to do it.
I am a hard-working, organized, people person who is caring. I enjoy helping people, I'm a team player, I take constructive criticism well, and I am always willing to learn.

I have a 17-year-old son, Cody, and my fiance Brian, who has a 25-year-old son, Jeremiah. We love the outdoors and creating things on the computer! Cody loves driving, being with friends, and riding his "Raptor 660" 4-wheeler and pit dirt bike. We camp, kayak, go white water rafting, ski, and hike.
